donghyuck let out soft laughs as he watched the photos mark had sent him of the almost disaster that had happened a few hours earlier

luckily kun had arrived at the perfect time, punching out the flame then proceeding to give donghyuck a lengthy lecture about the dangers of cooking carelessly

placing his phone into his bag he stood up and started doing his voice warm-ups, walking around the familiar backstage room as the muffled sound of wolf whistles and heavy music played outside the closed doors

the sweaty girls bowed and smiled seductively, not forgetting to grab the cash that was being thrown at them before being shooed off the stage by ten

"ok, no more hetero in this bitch. these are neo's twink hours now" he proclaimed into the mic just as the neon rainbow sign lit up outside and the audience switched

the mumbling men walked out giving their seats to the others walking in

johnny greeted them as they walked in, collecting the entering fees with a smile

"oh mark! here to support your boyfriend i see" johnny grinned wiggling his eyebrows

mark rolled his eyes, making his way over to a practically glowing jeno accompanied by the adoring gazes of jaemin and renjun, the three didn't notice marks presence until he coughed awkwardly 

"oh hi mark" jeno smiled

"meet norenmin" he gestured towards himself and to a blushing renjun and a giggling jaemin

"finally, now i won't have to listen to you cry all day about wanting to get with them"

jaemin grinned at hearing this, he loved blackmail material "oh really?" he turned to a madly blushing jeno

"i-" jeno started

"excuse me" a voice interrupted, "is it ok if we sit with you?" a smiling boy asked

behind him stood two other boys who mark didn't recognise

"yangyang! donghyuck told me you were coming" jaemin exclaimed, forcing jaemin and jeno to shift and make room for the three boys

mark narrowed his eyes upon hearing donghyucks' name, curious to know what the connection was

renjun also visibly stiffened, not enjoying the presence of the boys

"you haven't met mark! he's donghyuck's boyfriend" jaemin said, gesturing to mark

three pairs of eyes turned to him and their smiles seemed to grow unnaturally larger

yangyang pushed his hand forward for a handshake "yangyang. donghyuck and i share a music class"

mark shook his hand with a strong grip nodding in response

the sharp angled boy introduced himself as xiaojun and the one sitting next to him reminding mark of ten was hendery

mark couldn't help but glare at the overly happy boys, donghyuck hadn't told him about them
