Prince Taehyung: Hello :0

You stared at your phone, not believing what you saw. You checked the number again, making sure you weren't going completely mad. The prince had texted you? You, off all people? You had to admit, you almost forgot he gave you his number in the first place. Despite your anxiety, you responded.

You: Good morning, your Highness.

Prince Taehyung: wow even in text youre so formal :OOOOO

You: I'm what they call the Grammar Police.

Prince Taehyung: 😆

You: The castle is very large, how do you expect to find me 👀

Prince Taehyung: //GASP you used an emoji//

Prince Taehyung: I have contacts 😤

Prince Taehyung: The duolingo owl doesn't mess around

You: The what?

"Miss, could you put your phone away? We're going to begin in a few minutes."

You looked up, apologizing to the instructor as you slipped your phone into the bag beside your desk.

"I know not many of you are fond of math as a subject, but please try your best to answer every question," the instructor began, "The questions will start easy—an elementary level—and slowly progress to harder questions—high school level equations."

The instructor pushed their thinly rimmed glasses up the bridge of their nose, "Before you ask, the number of questions containing Trigonometry and Calculus are limited. I wouldn't be too worried about it."
