"Hey kiddo." Allyson greets.

"Hi, Ally." Jeremy greets.

As Allyson, Bonnie, and Elena walk down the hall of school, they see Matt and Caroline, together.

"Did I miss something?" Elena asks

"They've been hanging out." Bonnie replies.

"Kind of weird, don't you think?" Elena asks.

"She needs someone nice like him, as opposed to a homocidke vampire like Damon, sorry Allyson." Bonnie says, everyone who knows them can see the bond between Damon and Ally, how he's calm around her.

"How are you doing with all that?" Allyson asks.

"I'm freaked out." Bonnie replies. "Damon attacked me. I could be dead right now."

"I saved you." Allyson winks. "And don't you forget it,"

"Have you guys seen Stefan?" Bonnie asks as Elena throws her scarf into her locker.

"Not since he told me he was leaving." Elena replies. "For all I know, he's already gone."

"He wouldn't leave without saying goodbye." Bonnie offers.

"Yes, he would." Elena replies, grabbing s book from her locker. "He thinks he's protecting me. Clean break and all."

"What about you and... Damon?" Bonnie asks her other friend.

"Same thing." Allyson replies, she and Damon aren't together, yet, but they're close enough that everyone calls them a couple.

"So, what are you guys gonna do?" Bonnie asks, she doesn't judge Allyson at all for her fondness of the bad brother.

"What are we supposed to do?" Elena asks. "I already begged Stefan not to go, and Allyson with Damon. If we ask again, we'll be selfish. It is what it is."

"Maybe it's for the best." Bonnie says as they walk down the halls.

There's a banner to fall in front of them. It says The Promise of your Future.

"Did you just...?"

"No, I swear." Bonnie says.

Allyson walks through the living room and Jeremy stops her.

"What do you think?" Jeremy asks as he shows her the sketch.

"Badass." Allyson replies, smirking.

"I found this old journal I'm dad's stud, Jonathan Gilbert from the 1800s." Jeremy says. "He's kind of s freak show."

Allyson rounds the couch, and sits on Jeremy's legs.

"Ugh, you're heavier than you look, Ally." Jeremy groans, but he laughs, and continues. "He wrote about demons and all of these people getting slaughtered and..."
