Lisa's P.O.V.
"Thank you for treating me to dinner, Lisa," Mina says politely, smiling at me so warmly that it makes my heart swell a bit. She's so adorable. "You really didn't have to."
I shake my head dismissively. "Ah, it's no problem," I reply. "It's only fitting since you paid the last time we went out."
We're at the rooftop of one of Mina's favorite restaurants, sipping on some white wine that the restaurant owner gave us. She wanted to see me tonight, and who was I to deny her? Besides, I kind of wanted to see her too, to be honest.
I relish the cool air, and try to forget my problems, at least for tonight. It's already been days since I opened the door for Jennie and her boyfriend, days since I told her I still loved her. I was so fucking dumb, to be honest.
"A penny for your thoughts?" The Japanese asks, leaning on the railing and looking at the beautiful view of the night sky.
I break into a goofy grin. "It's nothing. I was just looking forward to the tour." It's not exactly the truth, but it isn't a lie either. "I'm kind of excited, but at the same time anxious thinking about being all over the place."
Mina nods, humming softly in reply. "Just enjoy it, you won't even feel the days passing by," she says. A second passes, and it's almost like she's thinking. "And... you could always call me if you're looking for someone to pour out everything to."
My heart beats a little bit faster for some reason and heart rises on my neck. "Of course," I say, chewing on my bottom lip shyly. Damn, she really has this kind of effect on me, huh. "Yeah, I'll call you."
"I'll be waiting." The TWICE member turns to face me, her wide gummy smile plastered on her lips.
I'd be lying if I said I wasn't at least a bit attracted to Mina. She's beautiful, kind, and really great to be with. I'm really torn apart. And not to mention, I just really want to forget what I feel for Jennie.
"It's a bummer I won't get to see you," I mutter, but loud enough for her to hear. There's no harm in being a little bit bolder, right?
I swear it looks like Mina is blushing. She also looks surprised, which is understandable. I'm usually doing all the blushing.
"Will you really?" The Japanese raises her eyebrow, her tone light. Have I mentioned that she looks absolutely gorgeous in her black dress? It makes her look so elegant.
I rest my hand on top of her hair and she smiles at me adoringly.
"Can I tell you something?"
The way she says those words makes my ears perk up and my heart skip a beat. "Yeah, of course," I mutter, keeping my voice level."What is it?"
Mina clears her throat, nervousness evident in her voice. "Promise me you won't judge?" She asks, her brown eyes peeking through her long lashes.
I nod, and shoot her a small grin. "I promise. You can trust me."
She purses her lips for a moment, and puffs her cheeks. What is she going to say, anyway?
