This is not an update, but I had a question...
Am I the only one who finds it really hard to write about Jack now that he's, well, a very much certified and legitimate daddy?
(Jk lol)
But seriously, now that he has a child and a potential fiancée, it feels wrong to write sickfics about him. He's no longer the naïve crazy-curls skateboarding teenager... he's a father. And it doesn't feel right to write about bad things happening to a father, to someone that has a daughter and a family to come home to, someone that has, in part, created a child.
It's not like I'm going to stop writing sickfics or anything, but this is definitely going to take some getting used to. I mean, I could barely handle Corbyn turning 20 and now Jack is a literal daddy...
It's just so hard to imagine them growing up. I know they are, and I know they will, and they'll probably all get married and start their own families. It's all just crazy.
