According to the Dr. Gaster music video that I can't figure out how to show TemMiE and the Annoying dog = 
Dr. Gaster. But then it shows the soul of determination turning into Dr. Gaster. This leads me to believe that the Annoying dog and TemMiE are determination. However in TemMiE village it's not determination it's deTEMMIEnation. So TemMiE's the only one who can hold Determination but only a certain kind which they call deTEMMIEnation.
Undyne needs deTEMMIEnation.

Also i'm probably going to wake up in the morning thinking
"What the crap did I write last night"
