I got home and ran up to my room. I was so angry all I wanted to do what scream. I walked in my room and had a full tantrum.
"AHHHHH!! Ughh!! I hate him!!!" I screamed
I then opened my window and sat in the roof and just cried to myself and tried to calm down.

I wanted to text him back so bad but I just couldn't. He was just using me. I then shut my phone off as Brandon keep texting me.
As the sky became dark and the stars became bright, I saw Nick walking down the street with a couple of his friends. I just sat there, on the roof , trying to hide my face so he wouldn't see i was crying.
"HEY EMELY?" Nick Shouted l, seeing if it was me
"HEY nick." I said looking down at him
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING UP THERE?" He asked curiously as him and his friends stopped in front of my house
"UM NOTHIN...I'll see you at school." I Said starting to cry and tried to rush back in my window.
"WAIT EM-." Nick Said
"Hey guys I'll catch up with you later." Nick Said to his friends as they walked off.
I climbed back through my window and slammed my body on my bed and cried more.
*knock knock*
When I heard the knock, I sat up and started to panic.
"Honey, there's someone at the door for you." My mom said opening the door
"Okay yeah... umm I will be right there." I Said sniffling
As I heard my door shut, I quickly went to my mirror and wiped my eyes and face. I could see how read and puffy they were.
"Shit." I said to myself
I then walked down the stairs and seen Nick waiting in my living room.
"Hey.. um hey Emely." Nick Said quickly jerking up, when he seen me
"...hey...nick." I Said very quiet as I looked down so nick wouldn't see my face
"I know I came here without any notice but you looked hurt and I just wanted to make sure your okay." Nick Said walking slowly towards me as he bent down his head to see my face
"Yea I'm oka- actually no. I'm not okay." I Said as I started to cry
"Hey hey, Em there's no need to cry..." Nick Said comforting me in a hug.
We then went up to my room and sat out on the oof as I told him everything about what happened between me and Brandon.
"That just doesn't seem like Brandon. He would never do that." Nick Said
"Well he did, so maybe you don't know your friend week enough." I said wiping the few tears I had
"I'm really sorry Emely.." Nick Said looking at me as I was looking towards the field in front of my house.
As I felt his eyes on me, I slowly turned my head to make eye contact with him. We looked at each other in the eyes for a while.
"I think I should go." Nick Said pulling away
"Yeah, umm yea." I Said trying to get out of that stare we had
"I'll see you tomorrow?" Nick asked
"Yea. Tomorrow." I smiled as he walked out my room.
"Oh my gosh! I'm so fucking dumb! I almost kissed nick. Trust me I wanted to but what if he was playing the game with Zion and Brandon and I can't kiss Brandon's best friend." I said to my self as I ran my hair through my fingers
Next morning
I finally got my car back from the shop last night, so I could now drive to school. I pulled u pro school and started walking to my locker.
"Hey Em." Logan Said walking up to me
"Hey Logan." I Said
I told Logan everything last night.
"So how you holding up?" She asked
"I'm okay. I'm just focusing on school, like I've always done, no boys. No nothing." I Said smiling
"Good for you em. Hey listen, so we have a game tonight and I would love it if you could come and support your best friend cheering." Emely Said looking worried because she knew I would say no
"No." I said closing my locker and walking as she caught up to me
"Why! Em!" She said complaining
"Because Brandon is going to be there and you know what happened and it would be hard for me." I Said
"Fine, but can you at least come to the bomb fire at my house after the game." She asked
"Will Brandon be there?" I asked
"No." She said
"Fine but I'm not staying long." I Said walking into my classroom
I sat down and started to do the warm-up on the board. As I looked up and down at my paper to copy down the problem. I see Brandon walk in with all the football players
I swallowed and looked back down at my paper. I then looked up slightly and seen him look at me with sorrow in his face. I just shook my head and focused back on my paper.
