Pumpkins are orange. Oranges are orange. Oranges are fruits. Fruits usually come from trees. Trees have roots. Routes sounds like roots. Routes are roads. Cars drive on roads. An ambulance is a car. Ambulances go to hospitals. Doctors work at hospitals. And guess what? Doctor Who is a doctor.
