"she left?"

taehyung knew that at certain times when someone told him something, he would be deaf to it, but he could swear on his future grave that what he heard from a classmate's mouth was, in fact, not his imagination. 

 "yeah, julie left the school."

upon the confirmation of julie's - an individual that was dear to taehyung - retirement from the school, taehyung gasped. sure, they weren't close, but he had a close connection to her. they had shared the same feelings of betrayal and usage. julie was the only person taehyung felt he could share his emotions with without having the fear of being judged, since julie went through the same thing. taehyung knew that the reason was because julie was neither distant nor close to taehyung.

"but why?"

"she said that her brother from high school got into a fight with some other boys and the school did nothing to stop it so her parents felt betrayed and that's why they said that they couldn't 'trust the school with their children'."

that class had went by quickly. the whole time the brunette was unable to concentrate on the teacher telling tips on how to make your writing better. taehyung knew he should pay more attention, but he couldn't care less. 

taehyung was feeling a paradox. he felt upset about julie leaving school, but at the same time he was ecstatic since his best friend, jimin, was inviting them over to his house to celebrate his birthday, and he never invited anyone.

- also, this isn't really related to the story nor is it too important, but it is important, as in you should know who julie is to understand the story better and so you don't keep asking me who julie is. and you guys might be, if its not important, why add it? its because i didn't want it to seem abrupt to the drama and meeting of taekook -

- i forgot to tell you guys that some of the events happened in real life, and i'll tell you guys which one didn't happen to me irl -

- this happened irl. a friend of mine did leave school and i was upset, but not that upset to let it take a toll on me. also, yes whatever i said about taehyung's and julie's emotions being same was the case with me and that friend -
