1. ) what do you think are your books', especially Purple Death's, charms?

I’m not sure if it’s a charm but the common element is that they all have a dark side and lots of emotions. My three books all revolve around losing someone, and what happens afterwards, with the characters dealing with the losses in different ways. I think, as humans, we all lost something at some point in our lives, so it resonates with a lot of people. Purple Death adds an element of mystery to the loss, and has more plot twists so I think it’s more popular for that reason. But all stories have the same recurring themes.

2. ) for your collaborated work, which among the five of you planned it and where did you get the idea of the au and the story itself? are there gonna be some future collaborated works to come?

We planned it all together  (@SunbaeScout, @JiminSSIKookie, @itwasjin @Queenfireblade and me), from the main ideas and basis of the story to writing the five first chapters. We are accepting applications for other writers to continue the story and it’s working very well! I’m lucky to have found such talented collaborators to work with, and we definitely have more projects to come, including one that will be coming very soon! It will be in another format than By Any Other Name, and will have an interactive component!

3. ) how do you promote your works for them to be recognized?

It depends. I go through periods where I apply to awards and post more on my wall to promote, but other times I do nothing as promotion when I’m busy with real life. I generally don’t promote a lot though – I write for fun and prefer meaningful comments over a high reads number.

4. ) it seems that you mostly focus on dark themes, are planning to write some of your future works to be in a light-mood or will you be sticking to the dark theme?

I’d like to write a light-mood story one day! Although often, when I try to, I end up back to dark stuff :( I always have tons of ideas, but most of the not-dark ones end up being put aside for the things I find more motivating to write.

5. ) what motivates you the most when you write?

It might sound strange, but I am motivated by the end of the story. All of the stories I wrote and completed had a clear ending from the very beginning, so aiming to reach that end correctly is what keeps me going! If you reach the ending too early or too late, it ruins the story because readers usually remember how a story unfolded, rather than the rest. So my main motivation is to tell a story that will honor the way the story will end.
