Gavin fell to the floor. Blood everywhere, nines stared in shock and horror at Gavin's lifeless, cold dead body. "GAVIN!!! GAVIN PLEASE WAKE UP!!! PLEASE!!! I LOVE YOU!!! DON'T LEAVE ME!!!"

I AM DEVIANT

Nines picked up Gavin's body, blood trickling on to his arms and tears streaming down his face. Nines called the DPD to come over to deal with Gavin's body, Nines waited 30 minutes before Hank and Connor arrived. They found Nines holding Gavin's dead body  in his arms with cold eyes, he had dried blood all over him and his LED was black. Connor covered his mouth with his hands,tears trickled down his face as he turned around to go into Hanks chest. Hank hugged Connor and looked up to see the horrifying scene. "Dear god. What the hell were you going through Reed?"

                 -2 Weeks Later-

Today was Gavin's funeral. Nines hadn't slept at all in the 2 weeks Gavin had been gone. He went to take a shower so he would look at least a bit presentable for Gavin, as he got in the shower thirium went down the drain from his fresh cut wounds. Ever since Gavin's death Nines as been cutting himself as punishment because he thinks Gavin's death was his fault.

The funeral was casual. Hank, Connor, Tina, all of the Dpd and of course Nines were the only ones there. "I just want to say a few words before he's gone forever." Everyone looked up as they saw Nines hurt and broken. "Gavin Reed may not have been the best person but he wasn't the worst. He was always mean and hurting other people because he was secretly hurting himself, I should have been there for Gavin more. I cant change the past but if I could I would tell Gavin that he was an asshole partner and I loved him very much. Thats all. Thank you." Everyone clapped and they buried Gavin. Tears streamed down Nines face, he wished he couldn't feel anything. He wished he was just a dumb plastic machine.

Nines POV

I went to Gavin's apartment. I wasn't worthy of calling this place my home. I wasn't worthy of love. Tears streamed down my face again, I don't deserve these feelings. I went to the bathroom and grabbed a razor, I put it to my wrists and cut deep into my fake human skin. Thirium started to flow down my arms. I am not worthy of living. I failed my one mission. Keep Gavin safe. The pain of the cuts started to kick in but I didn't care. Nothing mattered anymore. I fell to the floor thirium still flowing out of my artificial veins, things were getting blurry.

SHUT DOWN INTIMATE 30 SECONDS

I don't care. I deserve to die. Im just a fucking piece of plastic garbage. I wont ever get to see Gavin again. I don't deserve to anyway. Im just a piece of shit.

SHUT DOWN INTIMATE 10 SECONDS

I sent a message to Connor before I fully shut down. I don't deserve his or anyone else's forgiveness. Goodbye Gavin.

I am in detective Reeds home, but if you come to find me I'll be dead. Don't bring me back. I don't deserve to live. One thing before I go, I may have been around for less than a year and I haven't gotten to know you very well but, you were the best big brother anyone could ask for. Don't think this is your fault, this is want I want. Please burry me next to Gavin. Tell Hank he was like a father to me. Goodbye big brother. I love you.
