Crying is all right in its way while it lasts. But you have to stop sooner or later, and then you still have to decide what to do

- C.S Lewis

It was a dull November day and Jill Pole was crying behind the school gym. She had been crying for many reasons but the main one was because 'they' had been bullying her once again. School was not somewhere that Jill liked to be at all despite the fact that her brothers ex-fiancee's cousin - her dearest friend Ronald Lee  - now attended there alongside her. In fact Jill hated the idea so much that half the time she tried to argue with her mother Agatha Pole to stop herself form going int school - but the awful Agatha would always refuse.
