Chaeyoung : the first picture is located in Hannam just 30 minutes away from the City. 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, Size: 105.6 sq.m, 1,137 sq.ft, and the price is 2M Won..

Mina : ok, that still in our budget though. What else?

Chaeyoung : this is the last one that I found and same as the first one, still located in Hannam. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom as well, Size: 115.5 sq.m, 1,243 sq.ft and the price is a lil bit high, 2.3M Won. 

Mina : well I like how the interior design. It looks brand new.

Chaeyoung : well it is. Fully furnished, everything we need like dishwasher, built-in closet and internet access and so on. It is also close to subway, shopping mall.

Mina : the price might be high but it was worth it though.

Chaeyoung : what do you think?

Mina : i like the second one

Chaeyoung : well me too. But don't worry I'll find another one.
