I freeze and try to say something but the other words couldn't come out.
He looks at me "will you?" He says
"Ross , I-I can't" I say and he looks at me with sadness in his eyes.
"I'm sorry" I say and run up the stairs.
I quickly grab my things and get downstairs "wait where are you going babe?" He said as he gets up.
"Home" I say and run out.

I arrive home and look down at my phone to see so many missed calls and texts from "ross💛".
I sigh and turn my phone off putting it on the kitchen counter.
I pour myself some juice and sit at my table.
Should I have stayed ? Am I overreacting? Am I doing something wrong
