A note on requests: As much as I would like to go in order of first come first serve, it's honestly more doable to just do it in what inspires me or is easier for me first. Sometimes a cover needs more mulling over than others, and so rather than brooding about it doing nothing, I'll make a different cover in the meantime and then get to the one that's taking more time.

It's not personal. It doesn't mean I don't like you or your book or your ideas. It just means I want to do the best job I can, and sometimes that means thinking a bit. Those in the "In progress and tentative requests" category are the ones I'm mulling over more.
