Chapter 2~

Min-joon's POV~

Faintly I could hear the birds chirping from across the room near the windows, happily singing their song in a cheerful tone.

I felt movement near my chest, so I looked down to see Myeon-ji curled up into a ball, her arms wrapped around my chest. Her head was laying on the soft pillow that she made out of my arm, basically surrounding herself with my body. It was cute, since she looked like a baby when she slept, always wanting comfort.

Slowly I got up, carely manoeuvring my arms and legs slowly so that she doesn't walk up. Successfully, I sat up and picked her sleeping body and placed her on my lap, to where she fell on my chest limp, clearly in deep sleep. To surprise her I took off my shirt, now bare chested, wrapping my arms around her waist. I took one arm and started to pinch her cheeks slighlty.

"Hey babe, wake up," I whispered quietly.

She groaned and only leaned on my chest again, wrapping around me tighter with her arms.

I tried to pinch her cheeks a little harder, giving her a slight shake. Once again Myeon-ji groaned and slowly opened those tired eyelids.

"Mmmm.... What is it Min-joon? Why... Why is your shirt off?" She asked, starting to wake up faster as she noticed my chest.

I laughed slightly and kissed her forehead, "Don't you want to see this every morning when you walk up?"

I saw a smile creep up on her face as she gave a small peck on lips, letting her arms roam across my bare chest. She leaned forward and pushed me on my back, now on top of me. Her eyes were now fully open and awake, staring at me with those beautiful hazel eyes.

She ruffled my hair and said, "You are a beauty with your shirt off, but you're too cocky either way."

"I'll take that as a compliment," I said, pulling her down for a kiss.

After we kissed, she pulled away and got off me, going into the bathroom. As she did that I went to go change, getting a t-shirt and some sweatpants since I was off work today.

She came out of the bathroom with a crop top on and some shorts, her hair down and wavy.

"I'm going to go make breakfast ok?" She said, turning towards the door.

"Ok," I replied.

I followed her out the room and downstairs, turning on the lights and going into the living room. I went to a seat near the window with a table, where one of my books sat, ready for me to read. Quietly, I sat down taking the book in my hands, opening up to where my bookmark was. I was already halfway finished with the book, getting to the climax of the story soon.

In about 10 minutes the aroma of waffles started to fill the house, making me more eager to eat breakfast. From the other side of the living room on the cat tree by the other window, Luna sat there staring at me while stretching. I smiled and put down my book, putting my bookmark in it. Luna saw this and took the opportunity to get up, jumping down from her cat tree to come and see me. The soft touch of her paws barely made a sound as she quickly made her way over to me, rubbing against my leg. Her purrs started to get louder as she circled around me, rubbing her scent on me.

As Luna was doing this, Myeon-ji came over with a plate of waffles, setting them down in front me.

"Mmmm they look delicious babe," I said happily, eagerly taking my fork.

She smiled and said, "Go on and eat, I need to run an errand real quick."

"This early? It's only 8:00 in the morning," I whined, giving her a pout.

Sighing she said, "I know, I'll be back in a bit."

With that she kissed me softly, licking my lips, letting her tongue go through my mouth. I pushed my tongue against hers and entered her mouth, and for a few more seconds we made out a bit, before she pulled away. She waved a small good bye, petting Luna on the way out.

I sighed and said to Luna, "Why does she have to leave me like this?"

Luna seemed to not care, jumping on my lap and curled into ball, closing her eyes.

"Hmph, you know I wonder if you just use me as another cat tree Luna," I chuckled, petting her head slowly.
