AFTER ASHLEY'S AND STING'S run in with Lucy, the two rushed off back to their inn to meet up with Rogue. It was an unspoken rule between the three to always walk to and from the Grand Magic Games to their inn. They didn't know when it became such a large deal to them, but not in all their years of participating have they left the inn nor the arena without each other, it was just their little thing. As soon as they picked Rogue up, Yukino joined them telling the two that Rufus had met up with Orga and left.
The four didn't waste anytime to get to the balcony where Rufus was sat, the blond waving at the four in greeting as they entered. Ashley smiled, waving back at him while the others just gave him nods of acknowledgement as they sat down waiting for the games to begin.
The game was announced and before any of them could protest, Sting declared he was participating in todays game. Ashley didn't quite understand why he was so adamant about it until she realized just who he was going against and frowned.
As the game started, Ashley watched with a frown as the three Dragon Slayers struggled at the end of the chariot while the other players zoomed ahead, leaving the normally stronger players behind. "This is just pathetic..." She muttered with a grimace on her face. She was glad that wasn't her, she wouldn't have even tried, she would have given up the moment the stomach ache hit her. She didn't give a fuck about the Master and what he would have done, she put herself first and that was final in her mind.
