Alicia POV
its been a few weeks since I told Hawkman my name ever since then I've been around him and Hawkwoman mostly because I was curious about their wings, since I have them myself but can't fly and since I'm the only kind that I know of that has wings but I'm not about to tell them that living on the street I learned to hide my secrets good or your bound to get in trouble.
"Ah Alicia there you are." Hawk woman said smiling down at me
I looked up at her smiling and nodded.
"the league wants to talk to you" she said I nodded
Taking her hand and we walked into the conference room.
"so now that we know your name Alicia." Batman said
I just rolled my eyes, Hawkwoman gently nudged me telling me to knock it off.
"but since your a tough egg to crack were gonna send you to some people who can crack you." Batman said with a glare
What are they gonna do send me back to that terrible orphanage where they used to make fun of me and where the lady used to beat me.
I started to panic
"Alicia are you alright?" Superman asked
I nodded
"are you ready?" Hawkman asked
"I guess." I said quietly
"hey it's gonna be alright it's just for a little while" Hawkman said
I nodded with that I took his hand and we walked out of tower then we appeared in some sort of cave still by Hawkman holding his hand.
"stay here while I go brief them." Batman said to me and Hawkman and Hawkwoman we nodded
Batman POV
the young justice team were waiting for us right now me Canary Green Arrow and Superman walked in.
"Batman what is this about?" Robin asked
"a few days ago.." I said explaining everything that happened with poison Ivy and how Alicia defeated her.
"what are you trying to say?" Artemis asked
"what I'm trying to say is that a six year old defeated a super villain and doesn't trust anyone except the hawks so I want you to show her that she can trust us." I said
"where is she now?" Superboy asked
"You can come out now." I said
Alicia POV
I was so nervous as I stuck to Hawkman and Hawkwoman like glue holding Hawkman's hand as we walked out.
I see a bunch of teenagers I hid behind Hawkman's leg as we came to a stop I was beyond nervous as I hid behind him I could feel his feathers on his wings they felt like mine.
"Alicia don't worry they are all nice were gonna leave you with them okay but if you need anything just use this " Hawkwoman said
And with that they left
