Explosions were everywhere and everyone was in a panic. There was crying and yelp of pain everywhere, mers were trying to take cover, but the constant barrage of attacks was disorienting everyone. Many were able to take cover and hide, others scattered far from here. I was frozen, I was so scared I couldn't move. My vision started to bluer and the ringing in my ear started to drown out the sound around me. I could here y/n call out to me but she sounded so far away. Something was shoot into the water with so much speed, heading straight for me! I felt my muscle tense, as I wait for the impact, but..

"AAAAHHHH!" Screamed a familiar voice.

The world shot right back into a focuse to see y/n in front of me. With a metal spear sticking out of her left shoulder. Blood flowing out of her wound. I began to panic, as I grabbed a sharp hand size rock and sliced the rope tied to the metal spear. Grabbing hold of y/n and using my power to quickly get out of the chaos area.

(On the human resort island)

"And that's a wrap. Awesome job Toshinori," my best friend said.

"Thanks David," I said.

We were a small time movie producers. Currently working on an animal rights documentary specifically dolphin rights. We came to Esperia, because they are famous for the largest aquarium in the world and beautiful clean beaches. I do have to admit, the island is beautiful. The cities were amazing with over runned with plants, but in a controlled way thus making it's self unique and different from the rest of world.
