Chapter 2: Love?

(Thomas's P.O.V)

It has been over three months since I started using that dating app. I would go into these phases where I would be very tempted to delete the dating app. But, Roman and Patton would reel me in quick and tell me that "It takes time!" I was just really anxious to find someone to love! I can't help it.

"Thomas, you hungry kiddo?" Patton asked. I nodded my head in agreement. I was to busy swiping left and barely right. I would look at them, and read about them. But none of them really sparked my interest. But, then I came across this wonderful human being. Their name was Alex. She had the most beautiful long black hair, it was curly and there were some highlights. She also had the most perfect smile. Her teeth were straight and her cheeks were red and rosy. She seemed like a very nice person. She was not that tall, maybe 5'6? But to me, she was the person I was looking for.

"Kiddo, kiddo?" Patton said, breaking me from my trance. He was standing there for two minutes before deciding to get my attention.

"Hey kiddo, are you okay there, you seemed to be lo-" He trailed off after seeing my face and how my cheeks, I could only assume, were red.

"Kiddo, don't tell me?" Patton started. His smile reaching from ear to ear.

"N-no, Patton, t-that's no-" I was cut off by a fangirling Patton.

"OH MY GOSH YOU FOUND THEM, DIDNT YOU?!" He screams.

'Dangit...' I mentally slap myself. He had found out.

"Fine, yes, I found them..." I admitted, which Patton took that as a new signal to start squealing again.

"GUYS, COME DOWN, NOW!!!" He screams. They all come running downstairs.

"Padre, are you okay there?" Roman asks.

"Patton, what seems to be the problem?" Logan questions him.

"You good Patton?" Virgil finally speaks up.

"Guess what?" Patton smugly smiled. All of them shared the same confused look on their faces.

"Thomas over here, found the one~!" Patton said smoothly. They all looked over to me and I gave them a weak smile.

(Roman's P.O.V)

"Thomas over here, found the one~!" Patton said smoothly. I looked over at him and he gave the most half hearted smile. My, Thomas Sanders, found the one for him?! OMG DID HE REALLY?! I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS FOR SO LONG!!!

(Virgil's P.O.V)

"Thomas over here, found the one~!" Patton said smoothly. I glance over to Thomas and he smiled awkwardly. I couldn't help but think about all of the things that could go wrong. Like, what if they dump him? What if they cheat, or make fun, or, or, god, I need to stop thinking like that. But I guess that I should feel happy for him... But, I wonder what that new side will be like.

(Logan's P.O.V)

"Thomas over here, found the one~!" Patton said smoothly. I couldn't help but melt right there on the spot. His voice was just so perfect. Patton was really, just an interesting speciamine. But, if Thomas has "Found the one," then I should start collecting my last bit of data. See, I have been collecting data from the day that Virgil had questioned me about the "New side." I wanted to see how the other sides will act with, and without the new side. With this data, I would be able to add to my collection of side information, like their D.N.A. sample- whoops, that was not meant for you to hear....

(Narrator's P.O.V)

Over the next few weeks, Thomas and Alex had been chatting all day and night. But he didn't mind going to sleep at unhealthy schedules. He really started to develop feelings for her. She had developed feelings for him to. This particular day, Thomas decided to tell her about his sides.
