Ch 1 How Long?

Jackson POV

It was no secret that I wasn't strong. Or powerful. But nothing could prepare me for what I saw upon opening the door.

But first, you should know how I got into this mess

Twenty Minutes Earlier

After leaving Goodwitch's class, I began my walk to eat, or find Ruka. Why should a student at Beacon would need to find someone? Possibly for a assignment? No I have a different reason.

Ruka was one of few people who didn't care I was weak. Or Semblance-less. While everyone picked on me, he stood up for me. It may have been short lived since he didn't care for fights, but it spoke volumes to me.

So I tried to be near him at most times. Some people saw me for what I was. Like the unexpected Team CRDL. The popular teams, RWBY, JNPR, and CFVY however. They saw me as weak, all except Pyrrha Nikos, who I got lucky enough to start dating.

But alas every good thing must end.
Walking down the halls I was met with WBY, who stood ready to kick my ass.

Turning into a sprint I run the opposite way, with myself using what a old friend taught me. 'Your body responds no matter what, unless you're paralyzed.'

A crowd began to form to stop me, with the advice I've learned I put as much force into my next step and launched onto the wall. Taking a few steps before another jump, landing face first.

Getting up I'm met with a kick to the face, sending me sprawling back. Standing up again I block a punch but get hit on the side.

"Thought you could run? Funny." Yang states as she kicks me in the stomach.

"I'm not sure how you got accepted into Beacon. It's quite surprising that a weakling was let in." Weiss states while filing her nails watching Yang continue to punch and kick me. "Well say something!"

"H-Hey Ozpin." I state with a slight smirk. They turn falling for the bluff as I stand and run, turning the corner to meet Cardin.

He grinned before looking around the corner, "You're clear. Let's go man."

We near JNPR's dorm to hear moans, her moans. My heart raced as We got closer to the door after my unnecessary run.

My mind wandered to think why she'd do this, I mean I understand I'm weak and everything, but what's the point in this...

Opening the door I couldn't have been prepared in any way for this. Jaune Arc, one of the stronger students, was banging my girlfriend. Cardin began to walk forward to attack him, but I grabbed his shoulder.

He turned to see my defeated expression. "Let's just leave them be." I state

Turning around and beginning to walk away, I hear her state the unexpected.

"I knew you were weak, but not even gonna attempt to take me back? Pathetic." Pyrrha stated with a robe wrapped around her.

I just walked. Away from her, from him. Away from everything.

Reaching my dorm I opened the vandalized door, and closed it behind me. I sat on my bed and cried. I couldn't hold it in anymore.

Darkness approached as the day became night. And I drifted to sleep as my teammates arrived.
