Buzzed Jungkook's phone. The said boy was on his bed, sleeping. He groaned and lifted his hand, so he could take his phone. He awsnered the phone call without looking at the caller ID.
"who wants to die?" grumped Jungkook, his eyes still closed.
"K-Kookie?" Jungkook's eyes shoot open as he heard Taehyung's deep voice. his voice sounded so vulnerable.
"Taehyung?"
"I'm-I'm sorry that I called you before 12." mumbled Taehyung. His voice made Jungkook want to cry. He looked at his table clock and saw that it was only 10am
"Hey, it's okay. What's wrong?" his voice came out so soft, that he himself couldn't believe it.
"I-I can't do it anymore. I can't stay strong. Jimin t-texted me, saying he-he loves me and misses me. That Hoseok and Yoongi misses me too. And stuff like that." a sob left Taehyung's mouth.
"shh everything is okay. You don't have to be always strong. You're only human."
"I just- I just can't seem to figure out why he did it. Was it me? Wasn't I enough? Or was I too much? I don't know Kookie." another sob left Taehyung's mouth. Jungkook couldn't take it anymore. He couldn't listen to his cries.
"Tae, listen to me. You're enough. You did everything good. He's the one who didn't appreciate what he had. He had the most wonderful guy he could ever ask and he let that go. Don't ever think that you're not enough, ok? You're amazing." there was a silent on the other end.
"Tae?"
"C-could you sing for me?" Taehyung asked, but it came out as a begging.
"I-I don-"
"Please K-Kookie."
"O-okay." stuttered Jungkook and he began singing nothing like us. His voice reached Taehyung's ears and he didn't notice when he started to drift to sleep.
"Tae?" Jungkook said as soon as he finished. No one replied. He fell asleep.
