Abby and her parents are chilling in Hope's bedroom, watching tv. Abigail feels really comfortable with her parents by her side. Liam, her dad, has his arms around her shoulders while Hope, her mother, is holding her hands.
As they keep watching "Grey's Anatomy", a show that the three of them quite enjoy, Abby asks if she could take a picture of them and post it on her Instagram account. Liam then replies, "I'd say no because I don't like taking pictures, but then again I say yes because you're too cute". Abby then proceeds to take the picture and adds a caption as well that says "Cheesy people, I love my parents!". After a few seconds, her phone goes crazy, as the other players start spamming and liking the picture, even leaving a few comments here and there, like Pinoe's "Awe family goals!" And Ashlyn's "cutest family ever". Abby's friends, like Grace, Zoë and Georgia leave likes and cute emojis as well.
Hope brings Abby back to reality, telling her that dinner is ready and they have to go downstairs.
"Bye Liam, see you around", says Abby, ready to go find JJ. As she leaves the room, Hope and Liam stay behind.
"I had a really good time this afternoon", says Hope, "thank you for staying and I'm happy that our daughter knows the whole story. I feel relieved." Liam agrees and continues, "I had a great time too. Everything was just perfect and I felt something special today". Hope wishes things could go back to normal in the blink of an eye but she decides not to rush things with Liam, because everything seems just perfect as it is now.
After hugging tight, Hope joins the team in the dining hall and she happily sees that Abigail is sitting with JJ, Mal and Moe. They are an incredible and well-balanced group and she decides to eat with them.
"Hey girls can I sit here", asks the goalie.
"Sure mommy", replies Julie, who has become like a big sister to Abigail. The latter, is very happy that JJ and her have such a special and unique relationship and she knows that nothing can separate them.
However, the goalkeeper noticed that Moe has been quiet for this whole time, and she thinks that it is a little unusual, since Morgan is a very talkative person.
"Hey Moe, are you feeling good?" Asks Solo.
"Yeah, I just miss Cheney a lot, it's been very hard for me, and now that everybody seem to have their own families and stuff, it's really hitting me hard"
Noticing how sad poor Morgan is, baby Mal decides to comfort her teammate and says, "Maybe I could be your little sister Moe, so you wouldn't feel alone".
Moe smiles and hugs Mallory, who has always been very close with Morgan and already felt like she was her little sister.
After dinner, the whole team decides on a movie night in Carli and Hope's room, so they all fine place in their king-sized beds. They agree on watching "Bend it like Beckham", but a few minutes into the movie, Abigail starts feeling sick.
"I think you definitely have a fever sweets", says her mother, "you need to rest so I'll take you to your room".
"Noooo I really wanna stay with you mom, please", pleads Abby, and Hope can't resist so they quietly fall asleep in Abby's room.
Before falling asleep, Abby murmurs a sweet "You're the best mom ever and I'm so lucky to have you" to the goalie, who goes to rest with a big smile on her face and a warmth in her heart that she will never be able to forget.
