The Universe. That which we casually call "Reality" - ??? -
What is it?
Big words.
But really... wtf is it?? "Just about the only definitive thing that can accurately be said about it is this- it is an infinitely expanding fractal recursion of self-reference bound in a finite space." ~Z [Side-Bar; with rabbit hole warning!!!] ... Wait ... .... Let me start over. The Cosmos - what is it? Much has been theorized. Speculation abounds. Engineered Dogma has been passed off as Fact for centuries. Models proposed, rejected and revisited. Truth be told tho... From my personal perspective, after a lifetime of seeking, questioning, investigating, experiencing, and synthesizing information about what we humans have opined on the Nature of Reality... In My Humble Opinion- Just about the only definitive thing that can accurately be said about The Cosmos is this- "It is an infinitely expanding, probability waveform vortex, comprised of a spiraling sentient fractal recursion of self-referencing Meta Consciousness, bound in a finite perceptual space." ~Z Now...
Clearly, the implications of this declaration are deep and far-ranging. And, perhaps, mindboggling. And the entire thesis is easy to dismiss from a topologically "Materialist" World View- The World can't be "alive" because it is just a collection of inert objects, it is just a place, and only we are alive and conscious in it. But contemplate this- How does the flower "know" how to face the sun and drink it in? How do the roots know how to find the nutrients suspended in the soil matrix? How does the complex jumble of molecules know how to clump together in the hyper-organized latticework of complex and specific structures that make up crystals? Or ANY substance?? How do the molecules involves know how to the substance that they are perceived as being? What about something a little closer to home? How does your DNA know how do all the things it does? How does the neuron know how to build the neural networks required for the brain to function the way it does? How does the fertilized egg know how to unfold itself into a living body using only Sacred Geometry? How does any wavelength know what wavelength it is in order to restrain its behavior accordingly? How does light know when it has been reflected?
How does light know when it has been refracted?
How does light know the difference instantly without any instruction on the mechanics involved? How does quantum entangled particle Omega know when its entangled partner Alpha has changed spin or momentum? How do waves know how to behave like particles some of the time and behave like waves the rest of the time based on IF observers are observing them or not? How does any of "it" know how to do what it is all clearly very busy actively doing? This is not a "place" at all.
That which we mean by "a place" is really just an idea. Or, more accurately, an idea jar-
a place to gather and store associated ideas about events and objects we associate or a particular environment at a given locality. "Place" is really just the mental bastard child of location- both of which are really only just symbols themselves. The actuality of it- the real thing that we are indicating with any of the many places we speak of- what is THAT? What is this world we are borne into? Out of? Through? How does Life know how to make "life" happen?
