I thought life would be filled with the butterflies fluttering in my stomach ,
1am scenarios of you holding my hand and dancing like nobody is watching ,
Hugging you tightly and warmth flooding through my veins ,
But I was wrong ,
Hearing your heart lies with her ,
My heart broke to a thousand pieces ,
Holding to the last one with your name on it ,
I held on it like it was oxygen ,
Instead it killed me ,
Making blood ooze out of my hands ,
Slicing my skin with each second passing by,
it was never worth it afterall
