Chapter 7.

Taehyung and jungkook had been spending time together. Taehyung would go to work with jungkook at his home and they grew together to be really good friends.

Though this only grew namjoon's tension over the fact what will happen if jungkook would know that taehyung is the turquoise nine tailed

Meanwhile, jungkook was falling hard for his gumiho. His mate, his turquoise nine tailed 

While taehyung was falling in love with jungkook, who was his best friend now.

But both were oblivious to the fact that they are each other's mates because taehyung being covered in scent suppressants and stuff to hide his true identity

Taehyung really wants to tell someone about his true identity but he fears that he would go against namjoon's laws.

And he dare not do that. Even if it means lying to his best friend

Currently, jungkook and taehyung are sitting in jungkook's room, working over their college project

Taehyung was immersed in working when jungkook looked at him. He wants to tell taehyung about the turquoise nine tailed but he knows even taehyung wouldn't believe him on that so he decided to hide it from taehyung

Jungkook sometimes found taehyung's beauty mesmerizing. He knows his mate was the turquoise nine tailed and he shouldn't think about someone else like this but he can't help but mentally appreciate how good taehyung looks.

"Taehyung have you found your mate?" jungkook asked taehyung out of the blue who looked up from the project

He let out a long hum before going in to deep thoughts

He has been using scent suppressants and because of them he can't smell other foxes.

"N-no. I haven't. I haven't even started to search for them" taehyung said

"Have you....found your mate?" taehyung asked as he gulped. 

"Maybe....i don't know" jungkook shrugged

Taehyung was confused with the answer but decided to drop it

"So what type of fox are you?" jungkook asked and that's where taehyung stiffened

He nibbled on his lip thinking of which type of fox he shall say about

"I'm from vulpes clan, swift fox and water type" taehyung gulped, hoping jungkook wouldn't notice the little details

Jungkook released a long hum and taehyung sighed in relief

"What type are you?" taehyung asked 

"Vulpes clan, vulpix and fire type" jungkook winked at taehyung because in the fox world, the fire types are the hottest foxes. Literally

"Wow that's so cool. I always wanted to see a fire type vulpix!" taehyung smiled and it caused little tingles in jungkook's heart

"Can you show me your kitsune ball? Pretty please?" taehyung battered his eyelashes

"Fine" jungkook said before taking his pendant out of his neck and giving it to taehyung who carefully held it.

As soon as he held it, the ball started to light fire inside it and before anyone could do anything else jungkook screamed in pain

Taehyung dropped the ball in panic and noticed that jungkook had fainted

"Oh my god, jungkook! What happened?!" he tried to shake the younger yet the younger didn't wake up

"Hoseok hyung! Come fast, jungkook has fainted!" taehyung screamed and hoseok immediately came inside the room

"Oh my god! What happened?!" hoseok asked, the two picking the heavy body and keeping it on the bed.

"I-i don't know. He just screamed and then fainted. S-shall i call namjoon hyung and yoongi hyung?" taehyung asked as panicked tears started to leak his eyes

Hoseok nodded, trying to sprinkle water over jungkook yet he didn't wake up

Taehyung called namjoon and yoongi who were at the house and came quickly 

"What happened taehyung?!" namjoon asked as he clutched taehyung

"Are you fine?!" namjoon asked in a scared tone

"I-i'm fine but jungkook fainted" taehyung pointed at jungkook and yoongi walked over to jungkook and touched his forehead

"Where's his kitsune ball. I need to check it" yoongi asked

"Here" taehyung said as he forwarded the necklace towards yoongi. Yoongi's eyes widened and as well as namjoon's while the two looked at each other

"Tae....why do you have jungkook's kitsune ball?" namjoon asked

"I-i just wanted to see his fire spirit ball" taehyung muttered out

"Give it to me" yoongi snatched it from taehyung and looked at it.

His eyes widened when he saw the fire moving inside the ball

"Namjoon....can i talk to you outside?" yoongi said and namjoon and he got outside

"Okay first thing. When is the blood moon night?" yoongi asked

"After six months. Why?" namjoon asked and yoongi took a deep breath before speaking

"Jungkook is gonna die" yoongi said

"What?!"
