Jungkook crouched down in front of Cooky, whose ears were drooping.
"Hey, buddy, turn that frown upside down, yeah?" Jungkook said, petting his head. "I know we just met, and I wish I had more time to hang out with you, but it was real fun."
Cooky's ears perked up a bit, and he gave Jungkook a small high five.
"I'm really happy you didn't obliterate any of the members, too, but let's keep that between us."

"Well," Jin said, "it was cool to meet you, RJ."
RJ nodded, agreeing with Jin. Jin pet his head. RJ pulled off his scarf and handed it to Jin, who said a small thanks, and tried not to get emotional.
"You're the oldest, right?" Jin asked. "Boss the other characters around for me, because I don't get to boss around any of the members. Don't get your fur in a twist, either."

"Well, little dude, it's been fun," Yoongi said to Shooky, who was on his palm, which was raised so Yoongi could have a civil conversation without having to look down on him. "I'll see you around sometime."
Shooky nodded.
"You sure got a pair of lungs, there, man," Yoongi said. "Scare the other characters once in a while. Loosen up, have fun, all that crap."

Hoseok sat cross legged on the ground, facing Mang, who was doing the same.
"It's been fun," Hoseok said, smiling. "If we meet again, we gotta put some choreography together, hm? That'll be fun, I bet."
Mang nodded enthusiastically, and Hoseok laughed.
"Sorry we never got to dance together, buddy. Keep the others grounded, alright? They need you."

"At least you're awake for our final goodbye," Namjoon said, smiling at Koya, who was up on his two feet. Namjoon pet him on the head.
"I'm really gonna miss you, y'know. I hope you have fun back out in space."
Koya nodded, responding with an I will. Namjoon laughed.
"Send a postcard or something. Uh, you do know how to use stamps, right?"

"Goodbyes are so awkward," said Jimin, laughing nervously. "Like, do I go in for a kiss or a hug or what?"
Chimmy tilted his head at him, curious. Jimin sighed.
"It's been fun having you around. A nice adventure for all of us, I bet. Don't be too hard on yourself when you get back, alright?" Jimin sniffed. "Take a break sometimes. Eat all three meals. Take care of yourself."

"This is it, Tata," Taehyung said to Tata, who he was carrying in his arms. "You're really leaving, huh? I never thought about this part. I don't really know what to say... I'm not good at goodbyes. They suck."
Tata agreed, nodding solemnly.
"I guess..." Taehyung sighed. "Stay together, yeah? The other characters, they're your family. Always be there for each other when times are hard. That's the big take away from our adventures. They're your brothers. Brothers are always there for each other."
Taehyung smiled at Tata, who was frowning.
"C'mon, smile for me. I'm not letting you down until you smile."
Tata's lips upturned into a small smile. Taehyung grinned right back.
"Keep that smile on for the rest of your life, buddy."

The characters loaded up into Van, and the door slid shut. They pressed their faces against the window (that had magically appeared) and waved to the members, who were yelling their goodbyes.
"Bye!"
"We'll miss you!"
"Take over the world for me!"
"Adios!"
Van took off, leaving a trail of smoke, and the members waved until she was out of their sight completely.
They stood in silence for a while, until Taehyung said, "Well, I'm hungry, what's for dinner?"
"When you're hungry, chicken is the best," Namjoon said wisely.
Everyone chorused agreements, and everyone headed back to the dorm, discussing what type of chicken to order.

"You think we'll come back one day, Tata?" RJ asked, as Van took them further and further away from Earth.
Tata looked down through the window and nodded. "Yeah, I think we will."

i left a possibility for a sequel hehe
i might not do a sequel at all, i've just set up a possibility because, oddly enough, lots of people seemed to like this book?
