She said
"I was seven, and you were nine
I looked at you like the stars that shined
In the sky, the pretty lights."
And our daddies used to joke about the two of us
Growing up and fallin' in love
And our mamas smiled, and rolled their eyes
And said, "Oh, my, my, my"

Victoire and Teddy grew up together. So they had lots of childhood memories together. But there were a few that stuck out to Victoire.

The first is this one time at the beach near Shell Cottage in July 2007. She was seven and he was nine. Dominique, Louis, and Albus were only babies. James was around three. Their families were having a picnic.

She remembers how her and Teddy had their own picnic area and blanket. And she's just sure her dad and Harry were talking about how they'd grow up and fall in love.

Take me back to the house in the backyard tree
Said you'd beat me up; you were bigger than me
You never did, you never did
Take me back when our world was one block wide
I dared you to kiss me, and ran when you tried
Just two kids, you and I
Oh, my, my, my, my

She remembers vividly a time when she was around nine, it was the summer before Teddy went to Hogwarts.

He was always threatening to beat her up anytime she said something he didn't like, of course he never did.

They often times would play truth or dare and she would always dare him something he would never do, but he'd surprise her everytime by actually trying to do those things.

It was no different when she dared him to kiss her. Of course she had to run when he attempted to do it.

Well, I was sixteen when suddenly
I wasn't that little girl you used to see
But your eyes still shined, like pretty lights
And our daddies used to joke about the two of us
They never believed we'd really fall in love
And our mamas smiled, and rolled their eyes
And said, "Oh, my, my, my"

She remembers the look on Teddy's face when he picked her up from the train station after her 6th year.

The way he seemed to follow her every movement. How he looked at her in a different light.

Take me back to the creek beds we turned up
Two AM, ridin' in your truck
And all I need is you next to me
Take me back to the time we had our very first fight
Slammin' of doors 'stead of kissin' goodnight
You stayed outside till the morning light
Oh, my, my, my, my

She remembers later that summer, the first time she'd after snuck out. How they rented a truck and went out riding until 2am.

She remembers them getting into a meaningless argument that night. In fact she doesn't even remember what it was about. And she definitely remembers of her mom yelling at her early the next morning about Teddy being asleep on the porch.

A few years had gone and come around
We were sittin' at our favorite spot in town
And you looked at me, got down on one knee

She remembers his proposal in the middle of Honeydukes, where they'd went on their first date.

Take me back to the time when we walked down the aisle
Our whole town came, and our mamas cried
You said, "I do, " and I did too
Take me home where we met so many years before
We'll rock our babies on the very front porch
After all this time, you and I

She remembers every single detail of their beautiful backyard wedding at the burrow.

She remembers them building a small cottage on the same beach as Shell Cottage, where she grew.

She remembers bringing Mason, Elena, Variety, and Sophia home.

And I'll be eighty-seven, you'll be eighty-nine
I'll still look at you like the stars that shine in the sky
Oh, my, my, my

And she can't wait to grow old with him.

Yes another Taylor Swift song. I can't help it, I love her, she's my queen. All credits to her.
