Grumpy?

(LISA'S POV)

After the announcement of Mr. Kim about Jennie taking over his position, everyone immediately went back to their posts.

Jennie is now at the CEO's office with her dad.

I was about to enter Mr. Kim's office, well Jennie's office rather, when Somi called out my name. Mr. Kim's secretary, well she's Jennie's secretary now.

"Lisaya!" Somi called.

I went over to her desk and said.

"Hey Somi! Do you need something?"

"Oh umm.... I-I was just wondering if you would like to have lunch with me later?" Somi asked nervously.

Cute. I thought.

"Sure! I thought you were gonna ask me something about work." I replied with a giggle.

When Somi heard my reply, her face instantly lit up.

I was smiling at her when suddenly the door from the CEO's office opened.

Revealing Jennie Kim with her arms crossed and squinted eyes.

"What are you guys talking about?"

"Oh M-Miss Kim! Oh it's n-nothing! Are we too loud? Have we disturbed you? We're very sorry! It will never happen again." Somi replied.

I can sense that Somi is panicking.

I smirked.

"Oh it's nothing Miss Kim, Somi here just asked me to have lunch with her." I said.

"And?" Jennie asked with one eyebrow up.

"And I said yes?" I replied.

"Miss Manoban, I am very sorry to inform you but I think you'll have to cancel your lunch date with my secretary here." Jennie said.

"Why?" I asked.

"Because you're having lunch with me. C'mon let's go!" Jennie said with authority.

I don't know why but I find that really hot. Ooppss!

"Guess we'll have to reschedule our lunch date Somi! Sorry." I said to Somi.

"Oh, it's okay! I understand." Somi replied with a hint of sadness.

"Don't worry, when we go out next time, it's gonna be my treat!" I said with a smile and wink.

Somi smiled and said. "Sure!"

"Oh for heaven's sake, c'mon let's go!" Jennie dragged me to the elevator.

"Why so grumpy, Nini?" I asked.

"Oh shut up, you!" Jennie replied.

I stared at her with both of my eyebrows up.

"I am not jealous. If that's what you're thinking." Jennie said.

I smirked.

"Oh, I so hate you!" Jennie said.

"You love me!" I said with a chuckle.

"I do not!" Jennie replied.

"Stop denying it, Miss Kim." I said.

The elevator door opened and we are now on the ground floor of KMI.

Jennie immediately went out.

She's too cute when she's jealous. It just proves that, she too, has still have feelings for me.

"Hey wait up for me!" I yelled.

Thank goodness for my long legs.

"So where will we eat?" I asked Jennie.
