Imagine

Dear journal,

Imagine if I could be happy,
Imagine if I didn't always cry,
I imagine that you couldn't just see
That I wait all day for my life to go by.

I want to fight the fatigue, the control,
But I can only find one solution.
Find a way to free my hopeless, sad soul,
Although I try to conceal this notion.

Honestly I can't wait to find sunshine
Because all this rain is as of a wall,
Telling me these thoughts are completely fine,
I know this crippling state will be my fall.

So I imagine that I'll try my best
To survive and beat the devil's cruel test.
