My heart aches,
Watching him in misery.
If only I could've stayed ,
Then he'd show himself mercy. If I could come back down,
I'd tell him not to take his life.
To live as though I was never there,
And to have a family with a beautiful wife.Although I'm grateful
For the love he shows me,
I wish he gave himself a chance
To have a life, possibly. Not to base his worth
On whether it includes me,
Now he'll never know
What he had the chance to be.At the same time I'm thrilled
To know who he'd choose.
If it were life or death,
Side by side, we couldn't lose.
