They already handed out the invitations to the other guilds and the magic counsel and they all said they would attend. The towns people can't wait for the festival. They decided that they would open it from 10:00 am to 1:00pm and will reopen at 5:00pm to 8:00pm from 1-2 they would relax then from 3:00pm to 4:30pm would be the contest then from 4:30 to 5 they would relax and finish getting ready.
At 8:00pm they will close everything down and they will start to get ready for their performances by 8:30 they will start. They will end their performances by 10:00pm then the fireworks display will start then at 10:30 they would send everyone back home.
