All I ever do is hurt people.
I always hurt the people I love.
I am destructive
and violent
And abusive.
All I ever do is cause harm.
I can't help anyone.
I can't do anything to ease anyone's pain.
All I do is harm.
I am no help.
I am no use.
I am nothing.
