Tony had another intern with powers but Peter didn't know the identity of who they were.

"Peter!" She ran over to the boy with a wide smile on her face, a new found excitement in her eyes. Peter turned upon hearing his voice and smiled at the girl.
"Hey." He greeted with a smile, the girl glanced back behind her and noticed Liz Allen standing there, she felt herself lose her smile lightly but she couldn't back out now, not again. She had to tell Peter about her feelings.
"Can I talk to you alone?" She asked peter nodded his head as she lead him outside of building they were standing in. She nervously played with her thumps hearing her hear beat fast as her cheeks turned bright red.
"What's up?" Peter asked noticing her nervousness, of course he did, he always knew when something was wrong with you.
"We've been friends for a really long time know." Peter smiled gently at her and nodded letting her continue. "And I just wanted to tell you something." Peters smiles faltered at this as he began to realise where this was going.
"Y/N."
"Please let me finish." The girl said not noticing his change in attitude. "I've known you forever Peter, you're my best friend and for the past few years I think you've noticed my feelings towards you."
"Y/N ." Peter tried again but the girl didn't stop.
"I like you Peter, like a lot, I don't wanna say love but.. I don't know how to explain it." The girl finally looked up to Peter to meet his gaze and felt her heart immediately sink to her stomach.
"Y/N that's very sweet but." The words started to drown out as soon as that 'but' came out, he didn't feel the same and what did you expect? Him to feel the same and you'd run away together and live a fairytale life? No get a grip Y/N.
"I'm sorry Y/N but I like someone else." The girl felt her eyes water and that familiar painful sting return to her throat.
"Oh." Was the only thing she could manage to say as she glanced inside the building and looked at a Liz Allen, of course she was the perfect girl. "I'm sorry." The girl nodded her head to avoid peter seeing her watery eyes. "This was stupid of me." The girl uttered quietly to herself as she started backing away.
"Y/N, I'm sorry." He emphasised the 'I'm' as if trying to prove that he really cared about her. Instead she nodded her head keeping her gaze down.
"No it's fine." She spoke softly and turned feeling her eyes start to water, she had to keep it together though, she had to keep it together until we reached the bathroom.
