I've never watched Hamilton before so some parts might be weird but I'm going to try my best

The door to a room opened
Then it showed Uraraka as a boy

"Wow your a boy here Uraraka!" Midoriya said

"Yeah, but I wonder who opened the door" Uraraka said

Uraraka walked towards the door
There standing at the door was Todoroki but as a girl

"Thanks?" Todoroki answered

"Her voice is beautiful" Momo said

"Hey, that kind of sounds like..." Natsuo said but was cut off by Dabi/Touya

"Mom's voice?"

"Yeah"

"You have invented a new kind of stupid
A damage you can never undo,kind of stupid
And opened all the cages in a zoo, kind of stupid

"Woah what's going on here?" Kirishima asked

"Apparently Todoroki is Midoriya's sister in this story and Uraraka cheated on Midoriya"

"That's terrible" Iida said

Todoroki sat on the table

"Let's review
You took a rumor of few
Maybe two people knew
And refuted it
By sharing an affair of which no one has accused you"

The screen shows Uraraka leaving Todoroki and Midoriya while Midoriya cried

"I begged you to take a break you refused to"

"Man, she's really mad" Shigaraki said

"She's just looking out for Midoriya" Aizawa said

Todoroki got off the table and walked  behind Uraraka

"So scared of what your enemies will do to you"

"You're the only enemy you ever seem to lose to"

"You know why Shigaraki can do what he wants?
