Towa was watching the whole thing, then she made a bubble for her and Mira. She then rewinded time back to the 10 second count down.
"10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 BOOM"
At this time, Towa put a bubble on Cell.
"Why didn't I explo-"
Cell only exploded. But he came back to life due to the little atoms left of him in the sky.
"Hahahaha You fools" Cell laughed
"I knew I was going to regenerate this whole time"
"And Towa was going to rewind time, and i see into the future that im going to win"
"You cannot stop me"
"I can" A voice said from afar
It was Goku but in a new state; SSJ4

It was Vegeta but in a new state; SSJ4. Now the real fight had begun
Vegeta went in first and Goku followed. It was a really unfair 2v1 and Cell was getting pummeled. But, Cell had a new trick up his sleeve. He duplicated into 8 different Neo Perfect Cells.
"We got to kill these Cells fast before they know how to duplicate and then we are fighting 100 Cells" Vegeta said
"You're right Vegeta" 1 Cell responded
"GO VEGETA" Goku yelled
They were fighting the Cells each 4v1 but they were still winning.
"Damn you" The original Cell said
Soon all of the Cells were gone except for 1
"NOW IM GOING TO EXPLODE" the remaining Cell said
"NOT TODAY" Vegeta said
"FINAL FLASHHHHHHHHHHH"
The Cells were officially gone and erased and the world returned to normal...... for now.
