I mean- isn't that kinda the point? No one knows what actually happened but we know the outcome?
Also, totally unrelated but I had a small discussion with someone on YouTube. They were saying Eliza was actually bisexual, like historically. And I had not heard about that. So I was like "really?? Did she have some special connection with women??" I was genuinely curious because I had never heard that.
They respond with something like: "She probably preferred men which is normal in that sexuality"
But- they never answered my question. So I responded with something like: "Alright. But is there actual proof that she was bisexual? Like- was she flirtatious with some women? Cause I don't think there is. At least not that I've heard of"
And they responded with the same reasoning! "She had a preference with men. That's normal with that sexuality."
I- So I go: "I know that's normal. I'm bisexual myself but I just wanna know if there's an actual record or something. For Alexander, we have the letters. Is there something like that with Eliza? We can't just assume that about the actual Eliza?"
