HOPE'S POV

I woke up on Landon's chest shocked and confused. But I was comfortable so I just stayed there.

"You awake?" Landon asked me. "Umm, Yeah."   I answered.

We both got up and went downstairs. "Are you hungry?" He asked. "You ask a lot of questions." I replied. "That's a weird response but alright." He said laughing. Which obviously made me laugh. "Yes I am hungry." I said finally answering his question. "Do you wa- BACON! I'm making, bacon." He said stopping himself from asking another question. I laughed so hard I started crying.

"I'm glad you're happy." He said. Seeing me laughing and smiling. "Me too." I responded. My cheeks were so red. I was blushing. Oh god.

an hour later

I finished eating breakfast and went to go change. "Shit I have no clothes." I mumbled to myself. I just put on what I wore yesterday.

Once I got downstairs I made myself a glass of water and sat on the couch. I didn't know where Landon was but I honestly didn't care.

LANDON'S POV

I came out of the bathroom and saw Hope sitting on the couch. I decided to scare her because it's so cute.

"BOO!" I said coming up behind her and putting my hands over her eyes. "Holy shit! Don't ever do that again." She said jumping at least 5 feet in the air. I started to laugh so hard. "Not funny." She said chuckling. "Then why are you laughing?" I asked. "Shut up." She responded walking towards me.

"Hope?" I said putting my arms around her. "Yeah?" She asked. "Do you want to be my girlfriend?" I asked her. "That's the question I've been waiting for." She said. I started to lean in. "Is that a yes?" I asked. "Yes." She responded. Her voice was barely over a whisper. We both started to smile and she leaned in too.

I wanted to kiss her but I didn't know if she was ready. So I waited for her to lean in.

HOPE'S POV

I was about to kiss Landon Kirby. The guy I've liked since Middle School. Landon. The quarterback. I was so happy.

I leaned in and waited for our lips to touch. Once they did I put my hand on his cheek and he put his hand on my back. It was a gentle kiss, a sweet one. I didn't care. I just kissed Landon.
