I looked away from Skye and over to Stokeley. His eyes were wide and he looked shocked.
"Why are you looking at her like that?" i asked nervously laughing.
"She....she's the girl from soundcloud...." he said still staring.
"What girl...?" i asked confused.
"There's this chick that's been gaining popularity on soundcloud from her rap songs." he said excitedly. "She realeased a picture of what she looked like for the first time after 6 months of making music and that's....that's her..."
"What are you even talking about Stokeley?" i asked still a little confused.
"I'm telling you vro that's her.." he says again.
"Are you sure?" i asked him.
"Yes! i'll show you a picture of her right now." he said as a look of pure joy and excitement came onto his face.
He pulled out his phone a turned the screen towards me. And sure enough, it was a picture of Skye.

"What's her name on soundcloud??" i asked quickly when i saw that Skye was walking towards us.
"It's-" Stokeley stopped talking when he saw Skye nearing us.
"Hey Jah," she greeted me smiling. She looked over at Stokeley and tilted her head a little. "You must be Jahseh's friend Stokeley, nice to meet you." she told him while looking over at him.
"Ni-nice to meet you too..." Stokeley said stuttering.
Skye looked at Stokeley with a confused look across her face.
"Is everything okay....?" she asked both of us while looking from stokeley to me and over to stokeley again.
Stokeley began to say something, "Ye-yeah i just re-"
"really think your pretty!! He just really thinks your pretty." i said interrupting him.
Stokeleys looked at me with a look of pure confusion and a little anger for interrupting him.
He away from me and back at Skye.
"Oh th-thanks." she said blushing.
Stokeley just gave her a sheepish smile and looked away and back at me.
~1 hour later~
"It's getting kinda late we should head home.." Skye said as we sat on the beach looking up at the dark night sky. There was a full moon and a few twinkling stars out tonight
"Orrrr we could hang out all night..?" Stokeley said smirking next to me.
"That sounds nice. But what would we even do all night?" i asked.
"Anything we want to do. Everybody is in their houses sleeping right now, so that means we get a whole town to ourselves." Stokeley pointed out.
"Yeah, my parents will never find out anyway. One of them's never home and the other one is either too drunk or hungover to notice." Skye said with a little sadness in her voice.
"I'm sor-" Stokeley started to say, but Skye quickly stopped him.
"It-it's okay...i don't like when people pity me it makes me feel bad, i'm used to my parents being like that..."
"Oh...okay...just know me and Jahseh are always here for you." Stokeley assured her. "Right Jah?" he said nudging me with his elbow.
I snapped out of my thought and answered him. "Y-yeah."
We sat there quietly for a few minutes before Skye broke the silence.
"Well what are we waiting for?" she said smiling.
We all got up and ran towards the motorcycle and Stokeley towards his car.
"We're gonna have to take your bike back home Jah.." he said.
"I know, but how are we gonna sneak it past my mom?" i asked.
"I guess we'll have to figure it out when we get there." he said hopping into his car and starting the engine. We drove off as the sky grew darker and darker with every mile.
