< Colby's POV >

"I don't know man, I think I'd smash," I shrugged, laughing. Me and Jake were playing smash or pass, guys edition, because I'm gay and he's bisexual.
"But he's like 40!" Jake laughed even harder, almost falling off the sofa.
"He's hot though," I shrugged, calming down.
"Ok ne- The fuck is that?" Jake was cut off by a low rumbling outside.
"I don't know, let me look," I shrugged, standing up. I walked over to the window, opening the blinds slightly. I peeked outside to see a U-Haul van outside the house next to mine. It had been for sale for years, and, finally, it'd been bought.
"What is it?" Jake asked from behind me. I didn't answer though. I was too focused on the blonde male that was bringing boxes into the house.
"Smash or pass?" Jake chuckled, looking out of the window, seeing exactly who I was looking at.
"Smash," I gulped, watching as he took of his shirt due to heat.
"Stop ogling, he's gonna notice," Jake giggled. Just as he said that, the blonde looked over to the window. I froze, not knowing what to do. He saw me looking and he waved with one hand with a smile. Oh god, that smile. If happiness was a person he's be that. I forced a smile back, moving away from the window in a daze.
"Is that your new neighbour?" Jake asked, looking up from his phone.
"I think so," I choked out, barely over seeing such beauty. I wanted to see him again. I looked out of the window again to see the U-Haul gone, and he was sat on the steps outside of his house, sat shirtless, on his phone. I turned back around to see Jake laughing.
"What?" I asked, sitting back down.
"You looking at him. Ogling. Tara wants me for some reason. See ya later Brock," he laughed, leaving.
"See ya Webber," I said, closing the door behind him. I sighed and opened the blinds so I didn't have to spy. I gazed out of the window and watched as he stood up and stretched, his muscles smooth.
"Damn," I whispered to nobody in particular, picking my phone up. Then I had a bright idea. I could go and ask him if he needs help to get to know him! I grinned stupidly and ran upstairs, looking for some good clothes. I opened my wardrobe, looking for my red silk shirt. I found it eventually, throwing it onto my king size bed. I dug about a little more, finding skinny ripped black jeans, a black Gucci belt and my black Air Force 1's. I threw it all on, checking myself in my full length mirror. I undid the top couple of buttons on my shirt, my fingers fumbling over them. I nodded happily, liking the way I looked. I quickly grabbed a couple of silver and red rings, sliding them onto my fingers. I laughed to myself and ran back downstairs, grabbing my keys and shoving them in my pocket, leaving the house. I walked next door, down the path and up the stairs. I knocked on the door and instantly regretted doing anything at all. I'm so stupid. He's probably older than me. He won't want my help. Fuck.
"Hey," He said confusedly, a small smile playing on his lips. He must've tried to keep it discreet, if I blinked I would've missed it, but he looked me up and down.
"Hi! I'm Colby, your new neighbour. I was just wondering if you needed any help unpacking?" I asked sweetly, looking him down not discreetly at all. He was wearing a pair of black skinny joggers. That was it. And a pair of Nike slides. No shirt. He looked even better up close. Especially with those abs.
"Uh.. I'm not really unpacking yet. I will be tomorrow, so come back then if possible. Thanks for offering. I'm Sam," he grinned widely, putting his hand out for me to shake. I took it gratefully, shaking it softly. I dropped my hand to my side and smiled.
"D'you wanna come to my house for a drink or something? Wait, do you drink?" I asked, mentally slapping myself for being so stupid.
"Of course, just let me get dressed and I'll be round. I'll be about 5 minutes," he smiled and I nodded, turning around to head back to my house, hearing the door behind me close.
