this night, Tazannah doesn't go to the beach, though she badly wants to. but her mother grounded her for a week- which essentially means a week of no late nights where she gets to meet Hangyul at the beach.
Hangyul. his name keeps echoing in her mind in that deep voice of his that she can't seem to get out of her head for a reason she can't tell.
he seems familiar too, but she can't tell where she's seen the boy before. maybe I just happened to bump into him once in the school hallways? it's a slim possibility she'd remember his face out of the thousands of students but she'll never know.
from there, her mind starts to drift towards school. she thinks about the stack of assignments she's due and groans, picking up her pen.
I don't have anything to do anyways- better later than never, I guess, she thinks and starts on the homework given for summer break she's been procrastinating for the past week.
but a thought snaps Tazannah out of her serious work mode and she immediately springs out of her seat. are my plushies safe?
