Siblings Reborn AU

It's a mixture of Hetalia and Fnaf with my oc Marri (East England), the twin of Arthur. They're basically reborn into the souls that become Freddy Fazbear (Arthur) and the Marionette  (Marri). The Purple Man is killed and they become their nations selves again. Foxy becomes their kitsune body guard/older brother figure while Scotland tries to reconnect with them. Nobody knows that their are two England's.
