This is purely meant for when I roleplay. I don't mean this for the actual character.
He is able to talk to other characters (Silve: the one's who I roleplay as) from different 'fandoms'. This explains why he randomly talks to 'himself'. He's talking to someone who isn't part of the fandom he is from. This also explains how he knew about UNO and is very competitive at it before the other nations.
