Fate couldn't sleep she shifted from one side to another but sleep was nowhere near her. She tried to wake Layla but she was a heavy sleeper like her parents. She picked up her phone but the battery was dead.

"Layla? Wake up. I need to charge my phone." She whispered

"Go away!" Layla mumbled in her sleep.

"Layla.....? Just tell me where the switch is?"

Layla changed her side and didn't respond. Fate stood up and went downstairs.

"Help!!!" A scream came from the locked room.

Fate froze midway. Her voice was lost she couldn't scream or move. After a minute she controlled herself and took a deep breath. She was now standing in front of the frozen door which was wide open.

"Wh.... Who is it?" She finally spoke.

"Help me!!" A weak voice said.

She took a step, then another and the more forward she goes into the frozen room the more coldly it gets. The door closed behind her. She gasped. She shivered and wrapped her arms around herself. She looked around, no sign of any existence.

"Anybody here." She called out again.

"It was a mistake someone spoke from behind her." She spun around.

"Who's there's." Tears rolled down her eyes. She went for the door but it was locked she pressed on the doorknob hard but no use. She started knocking on the door.

"Help! Help me........ Layla? Mr. Thyme help me. I'm stuck in here." She yelled."

"It was a mistake." The voice said again. She spun around and saw a girl chained in the corner. Her face was covered by her hair. "Who are you? What do you want?" Fate sobbed.

"It was a mistake." The girl repeated. "I didn't do it on purpose." Fate closed her eyes "I'm just hallucinating she kept saying to herself, it's just my hallucinations."

"It was a mistake the girl grabbed her and yelled. Fate started screaming at the top of her lungs and fainted....."

She woke up in the candy room with Mr. Thyme by her bedside. Fate? "Are you okay?" He asked.

"What happened?" Fate said weakly.

"I found you unconscious in front of the stairs."

"No! No! I... I was in that room. You said that room was locked but it wasn't. I was in that room. There was a girl there. I couldn't exactly saw her face but she was"-

"Fate?" Mr. Thyme shook her. "You must be dreaming."

"I'm telling you the truth." She started sobbing "I was in that room, it was so cold there."

"What's going on?" Layla said waking up. "Why is she crying Dad?"

"Nothing she just had a bad dream that's all." Mr. Thyme said

Fate wiped her nose with her sleeve. She knew she wasn't dreaming because it all felt so real. How can it be a dream? But Mr. Thyme was right too that door was locked. If she was inside that room how'd she ended up in front of the stairs? Fate felt dizzy. Layla hugged her.

"What's wrong with you? Ever since you came here I've been noticing that you're not comfortable."

"I'm fine. I'm just a little tired." Thyme got up "I guess I better leave you girls alone."

"You're always tired." She said

"Tired of my stupid life you understand." Fate yelled. "I'm just tired of everything. I'm not feeling normal. It's..... Ever since I came I'm feeling a little strange, like someone's been following me."
