We are a few hours after and he is now a post-op patient and sleeps at recovery. Amy and Deluca decided to look at how he is. When they walk in, Jay wakes up.
'English or Italiano?' he asks soft voiced.
'English, please' Amy laughs. 'I am doctor Shepherd, I am going to get you a CT scan.
'What was wrong?' Still soft voiced.  
'You were bleeding internally.' it's Deluca.
'oh, that isn't good, did you fix it?'
'doctor Grey did'
'ahh, well, thank doctor Grey for me.' at that moment doctor Grey walks in.
'you can thank me personally, now' it is a blonde, beautiful woman.
'Thanks, doctor Grey' he says.
'You're welcome, how are you feeling?' 
'I don't know? really light, like I fly...'
Grey laughs. 'that is probably the anastiasia, it will fade away.'
'okay!' Grey leaves the room. 

'ready for CT?' Shepherd asks.
'I think so.. I never have done something like that.'
'You just need to lay still and the scan tells us if you have brain damage and what bad, if so.' Deluca says.
'But the headache faded already away?'
'That is because of the morphine you're on.'
'Oh, I am on drugs!' he laughs. 
'You are.' Shepherd confirms with a smile, while she moves the bed. 

Later they're ready with the CT scan. Jay is still in the machine, but the pictures are ready and clear. 
'There is only a little bruised part.' Shepherd sights relieved. 
'You can tell his parents that he only has a little brain bruise, nothing what's very diffecult.' 
Deluca stops moving. 
'What's wrong?' Shepherd asks
'I think his parents aren't called yet, I guess?'
'What? He is in the hospital all day and his parents don't know where their child is?'
'I am going to ask for their number, when he is back in the room..'
'bad work, Deluca..' 

Later, when they're back in the room, Deluca starts the conversation. 
'Hey, what is the phone number of your parents? I have to call them.'
'No need to, I will send them a message tonight.'
'Actually, there is need to. You are a minor, so í need to call your parents.'
'No thanks. I prefer to do it myself.'
'It is no question.. I need to have it..'
'There is no conversation either, cause I am not going to give it.'
Deluca sights. 
'I am going to get doctor Shepherd, if you won't give her the number either, we need to call youth services.'
'Why are we talking about youth services?' Shepherd walks in. 
'he won't give me the phonenumber of his parents, so I tell him what the consequences could be.'
'Why won't you give him the number?'
'Because I rather call them myself.'
'But since you are a minor, we need to call.'
'How do you know I am a minor? You never asked for my age.'
'We checked your ID card before surgery. may 20th is a nice date.'
'Do you remember the birthdays of all of your patients?'
'No, you are a special case.'
Jay grims. 
'Would you give me the number?'
'He is in Italy, he won't answer an american phone call, because it is expensive.'
'Why is he in Italy?'
'For work. I am home alone for a while. There is no big deal. I am 16. I can take care of myself. Just let me send him a message tonight.'
'Why wouldn't he answer a Phone call from America, if his son is there?' Deluca asks. 
'Well, I don't know, he just don't.'
'Let us try.' it is Shepherd again. 'We need at least to try, because otherwise we have to call youth services.'
Jay sights. 'Well enjoy your call..'
Shepherd thinks that she broke through his wall. 
'.. with calling child protective services. They won't get any rights about me anyway. So enjoy your call.'
