It's ten days after Jay ended up in the hospital. The day his surgery will take place. Performed by Tom Koracick. Andrew is really nervous himself. He knows probably everything will be fine, but it's a big and dangerous surgery. The tumor is on a really diificult place and it won't be easy to take it out. But Koracick can do a lot. After Andrew showerd, had breakfast and drank some coffee, he takes his motor and goes to the hospital. Because he wanna be there as fast as possible, he drives a little harder then allowed. With his mind already at the hospital, he hits a car, which is driving to hard too. He flies off his motor and is unconsious right away.

It's calm in the hospital, there are not a lot of people yet, but Jay can feel that there is tense. Meredith had a night shift and is still at the hospital, sitting with Jay and waiting for Andrew to come.
'Actually' Jay starts 'I'm scared.'
Koracick walks in and hears what he says.
"No need to, I am amazing."
'But what if something goes wrong and I lose ability to do things I like or even die.. I cannot let Matteo alone again. And we're having a good live for the first time in years. I am just scared that Matteo ends up alone. Again.'
"I understand, but no need to, because, again, I am amazing. I can handle this with my eyes closed. Which I obviously won't, but I could."
'What intern have you chosen?' Meredith asks
''Parker'' Koracick replies.
'Is he good?' Jay asks. 
"He is an intern, he is not close as good as I am, but he will be one day. Maybe. I'll make sure he doesn't destroy your live. Trust me." Jay gets a little sick of the arrogance Koracick has with him, but if he heals him it's fine.
'Where does Andrew stay? He said he would be here at 9 AM' Meredith says and she calls him.

- 'hi Meredith, you talk to Schmitt.'
- 'Schmitt? Why the hell do you answer Andrews phone? Where is he?'
- 'Euhm, don't freak out please but he had an accident and has very serious brain damage. He just came in. Dr. Shepherd is examining him right now.'
- 'He what? No! Which trauma room?'
- '2, dr. Grey'
- 'I am coming right now.' she finishes the phone call. 'Andrew got in an accident, I am gonna check on him, he seems to have very bad brain damage.' she tells  Jay and Koracick.
"Oh, but I'm just gonna do the surgery." Koracick replies.
'No! I first want to make sure Andrew is okay.' Jay says.
"You litterly could die meanwhile. We're gonna do the surgery!"
'Jay, it's really better to just do the surgery. I make sure Andrew survives. You're just gonna fight and when you wake up we'll first tell you about Andrew.
'I do not agree, but go and do this hell of a surgery.' Jay says.

Meredith runs to Andrew. He is driven to the CT while she comes.
'what is is status?'
'Serious brain damage, he drove against a driving car with his motor. The other victem is already cleared. I think we should handle fast.' Amelia says 'How is Jay?'
'freaked out right now, he didn't want the surgery anymore but we convinced him. he is in surgery now.'
'alright then.'
