Yes, Blixer does cut himself. (According to my version of him. In my version, he does try to act happy and it sorta works, but people know that he really isn't happy. He thinks that they look at him differently for it, so he usually cuts himself.) Lycanthropy accidentally caught him while he was cutting himself, but didn't tell him to stop. He didn't do anything. Blixer eventually found out since he heard Lycanthropy sobbing loudly from in the bathroom.

Sad Lycanthropy shouldn't exist.
