Harry was startled when she had pressed down her lips on his gently. She was never one to initiate kisses. But he had missed the fresh taste of her lips against his, and in a trice he parted his lips, bring hers into deep, long kiss.

He wanted to hold on to her forever, and never let her go. And when she finally broke off the kiss, Harry held her tightly, hugging her in a locked embrace, and Mal wrapped her as around his back too.

"I've missed you, Dragon. And I'll never let you go again." Harry burrowed his head into her thick purple locks, and Mal snuggled closer into his hug, "Me too, Harry. I've missed you too."

And leaning deeper into his chest, she whispered, "You're the only one that I've truly loved."

The next morning, Mal woke up on her bed, the sun filtering in through the curtains that were fluttering gently in the wind. Turning around, she saw the most familiar eyes in the world, and Harry greeted her, "Good morning Dragon.

"Good morning Hook." Mal teased, and he reached over playfully and pinched her cheek. There was suddenly a crashing sound outside of the apartment, and the doorbell rang repeatedly.

"Please, do you have somewhere to rent out? I desperately need somewhere to stay." A man was begging at the door, and Harry opened the door, peering through the gate of his apartment.

The man was in a dirty suit and he had dark eye bags. The bag in his hand was exploding, and he looked like he had been thrown onto the street. "What's your name?" Harry frowned, and the man looked at him, "I'm Zachary."

"What happened to you, Zachary?" Harry narrowed his eyes suspiciously, and Zachary began bawling on his doorstep. Rolling his eyes, Harry looked inside, and Mal caught a cue from the room, waving her hand, and she set up a privacy barrier.

"I......I was thrown out of my office! They threw all my things out after I found out why they were so secretive about our salary!" Zachary bawled, and Harry swore under his breath. Great way to start the morning, he thought. Early in the morning and an unemployed guy just came begging for a place to stay at his doorstep.

"Harry, let him stay." Mal suddenly appeared next to him, well dressed in her leather and her up in a ponytail with a leather tie. "But Mal-" Harry whined, giving her the"I don't like this guy" look.

And Mal raised her eyebrows at him, moving to see who exactly this "Zachary" was.

Before she froze in rude shock.
