•A good majority of the time when Richie and Eddie are on screen together, They're interacting with one another. Not only do they have hilarious back and forth banter, but it is evident they care for each immensely.

•Richie is always worrying about Eddie's well-being and putting himself at risk to make sure He (Eddie) is okay.
During the projector scene, he grabs Eddie's face to calm him down/prevent Eddie from looking at Pennywise (even though in the 2017 movie, Richie's biggest fear is clowns yet in the 1990 miniseries, his biggest fear is the Teenage werewolf). He also rubs Eddie's shoulder during the blood oath.

•Richie's always using Eddie's mum as the butt of his jokes to get Eddie's attention (which usually always seems to work).

• Jack Dylan Grazer (the actor who plays Eddie) has said that reddie is real.

•It has also been confirmed by director Andy muschietti that Reddie is real in a Spanish interview.

•Cute moments between the pair, Eddie buying ONLY Richie ice cream, The banter between the pair (Eg. Walking into Bens room, At the Barrens Etc).

•They are the only Two who hug in the end.

•Richie goes into the clown room (again his biggest fear in the movie) because he thinks Eddie is in there. In reality, Pennywise is presenting as Eddie in an attempt to lure Richie in (which does work). Pennywise shows
itself as a persons biggest fear, so at least for a moment, Richie's biggest fear is losing Eddie.

• In the 2014 and 2015 scripts written by Cary Fakunaga, Richie is canonically gay (and Jewish) and canonically likes Eddie in a romantic way.

• Richie protects Eddie (Eg. In the 1990 miniseries Eddie accidentally kicks popcorn all over Henry in the movies so then Richie tips his coke all over him in order to make Henry think he did it).

• In the 2017 movie when Eddie is facing the ACTUAL pennywise, he is holding balloons in a very particular way, an upside triangle. It reminds me of the pink upside down triangle worn by homosexuals in WW2.

•When the camera zooms in on the missing poster for Patrick you can see Richie in the background leaving his bike out which Eddie falls on top of, Richie is then the only loser who waits for him.

•In the blood oath scene the cast is between Richie and Eddie.

•Another one of Richie's fears in the movie is a half maggots infested/ diseased version of himself. like how Eddie's is a fully diseased leper, the doll Richie is only half diseased which I believe is a metaphor for Richie's bisexuality.
(*QUICK NOTE- in the 1950's (when Iat was originally set) Homosexuality was referred to as a disease and/or sickness).
