When Caleb found Aria in the hallway he followed her down the hallway, he called out her name and she ignored him, he knew why she was mad at him and he wanted to talk things out. She stopped at her locker and put in the combination before opening it and putting her books inside

" I know you heard me calling your name " Caleb said standing next to her holding his book bag over his shoulder with one hand. She rolled her eyes and ignored him. He sighed " Look, I know why you mad and I'm sorry I swear, basketball practice ran late and I was tired "

Aria ignored him and put her bookbag inside her locker, she really didn't feel like hearing anything he had to say. She tried to walk away and he pulled her back by the arm " Let me make it up to you " Caleb said

Aria snatched away from him. " I waited for you, you left me out there for hours without even answering the phone, you embarrassed me.. how do you plan on making that up to me? I can't get my time back " she snapped

" Come with me to this party tonight, everybody's going to be there " Caleb said, Aria crossed her arms over her chest, really? A party? She thought to herself. " I'll make it up to you I swear "

" How do I know you're serious and not just for the moment ? " she said looking up at him as he stood over her

" I'm serious, I'm ready to stop playing and be with you " Caleb said placing his hand under her chin. Her big brown eyes looked into his and she blushed a little

" Like boyfriend and girlfriend ? " she asked

" Yeah " Caleb smirked

"I have to think about it" Aria replied, feeling uneasy. Caleb didn't care about what she was saying, he knew she was coming with him. He gave her a soft kiss and smiled

" Pick you up at eight " he said

Karter watched from a few feet away, standing at his locker with Sehkani. Part of him was jealous but he kept his feelings to his self, he knew he didn't have the right to be jealous. Aria looked over and they made eye contact for a few seconds before Karter walked away.

Adryian and Kasuan sat in court with Stephanie, she had taken Kasuan to court because she wanted full custody of KJ and child support since Kasuan had cut her off and stopped giving her money which was so dumb of her because she had just kicked KJ out now here she was trying to get him back for her own selfish reasons.

Adryian was so irritated because today was the day they were supposed to be finding out the gender of their baby but they had to reschedule because they had court.

" Judge Perry my client Ms. Stephanie Dixon feels as if the father of her son Kasaun Wright Jr. brings in enough money from his club and other businesses to be able to pay Ms.Dixon at least six thousand a month in child support " Stephanie's lawyer said

Kasuan sucked his teeth " Are you kidding me right now ?.. " Tommy, Kasuan's lawyer said " Judge Perry that is a ridiculous amount to pay every month. Is the plaintiff forgetting my client has three other children besides the one him and Ms.Dixon share ? "

" My client also feels as if Mr.Kasuan Wright isn't in the right place to take care of their son due to the fact that he has so many kids and wouldn't be able to give Kasuan Wright Jr. the attention and support and care that he needs and wants full custody of Kasuan Wright Jr. with no visitation " Stephanie's lawyer continued
